In the Caboodle: So Much Julep Nail Polish

That right there is my collection of Julep nail polish.  I know, it's excessive, but I am obsessed.  It's hard for me to say this, but Julep may have surpassed Essie as my favorite polish brand.  Julep polishes are high-quality, toxin free and come in a plethora of awesome colors.  They go on smooth and I like that the bottles are square.  They store easier and look prettier in my polish container...I know, I am OCD.
You're now asking yourself why a super-saver such as myself has allowed herself to amass such a collection of $14 nail polishes.  Yep...if you pick these puppies up in Sephora they are $14 a piece!!!  But, I have a secret to share with you.  If you become a Julep Maven you are eligible to receive two to three polishes each month in their subscription box for just $19.99 AND you get access to their Secret Store every so often which contains heavily discounted items.  You also get a discount on regular priced items as well ($11.20 for a $14 bottle of polish.)  A Julep Maven subscription works like any other subscription service, except you get to see what's coming in your Maven box each month AND you have the option to skip it.  Take my January box for example:

This month's theme was "Neons and Nudes."  I received a Hand and Cuticle Stick and two polishes in Ava and Bette.  And as a bonus...some neon hair ties!  I got all this for $19.99.
But, the monthly boxes are not where you see the biggest savings.  For $19.99 I ordered a "Mystery Box."

I received five polishes in Chelsea, Harley, Dakota, Annie and a red and gold glitter with no name.  In addition I received Julep's Boho Glam Mascara, foot soak and a nail file.  That's almost $100 worth of stuff!
So, are you signing up to be a Maven?

*Full Disclosure: I am not affiliated with Julep in any way and did not receive any thing in return for this post.  I just really like the product.  I do get Julep points if you sign up for a subscription through my referral link in the post and here.
