On a Budget: Shiny Things

I'm like a cat, I get distracted by any thing shiny. So obviously I like to incorporate pretty shinies into my outfits. But, as always, I want to save a few dollars.

Yep....your eyes do not deceive you.  That is a $1,550 price difference between those two outfits.  I don't know about you, but that outfit on the left would pay my rent.  I love sparkly things, but I think I like not living in a refrigerator box more.
