It's no secret that I love mixing florals and dots (evidence here). So, when I got this flowy floral top from Chicnova, I knew I couldn't let it languish with just a boring pair of jeans or a pencil skirt (which is how I have also worn it behind the scenes of the blog, but I assumed you didn't want to see this top 6 times).
I wore this number out to dinner with my mother (please hold your laughter and pity until the end). The shoes were a good choice for most of the evening, until I went to the after party. When I say after party....I mean walking to a local bar with the Scot later in the evening to drink away the stress of having had dinner with my mother. These shoes were not made for walking.
