I drove my sister to the airport on Saturday and said goodbye as she set out to start a new life out in San Francisco. And twenty minutes later I was back picking her up at the airport after her flight was cancelled. So, I got to spend one more night with my sister here in NJ. I had been secretly hoping her flight was cancelled so that I could selfishly spend more time with her. Maybe the intense storms grounded her plane or maybe my powerful mental vibes grounded the plane. Or maybe it was both and I am Storm from the X-Men. We went to our fav sister bonding spot: Buffalo Wild Wings and then went to a local bar near my parents' house to watch the Rutgers football game. Rutgers won and my sister eventually got a plan Sunday morning. It was nice to have one more day with her.
