When my Rocks Box comes in the mail, it takes all of my will power not to tear into it immediately when I get home from work. (If you're unfamiliar with Rocks Box, take a look here). But, I guess I should say hello the to Scot and take the dog out to pee before I coat myself in some new (but rented) jewels.

This month had a bit of a mid-western Native American souvenir feel to it. Unfortunately, the bracelet was leather and being the good vegetarian that I am, I don't wear leather. I did, however, love trying on pieces that I would have never purchased for myself. I felt sort of like an Egyptian princess in that collar necklace. I know I just said Native American and I'm crossing continents now. But, you know what I mean...that big plaster head of Nefertiti that was pictured in your 4th grade history book. (*correction: Nefertiti was actually the Great Royal wife, making her more of a queen than a princess. See? I fact check, like a real publication with integrity)
