Weekend Update: Blogger Date

This weekend I met up with Kym of Bitty and Bunny, Sharon of The Tiny Heart, and Cat and Di of City and Burbs in NYC (and up there is what I wore).  The Scot put me on a train out of NJ and then Sharon met me in Penn Station, so there was little chance I was going to screw this up.  My brain turns to mush once I enter the city and I can not navigate myself around.  However, Sharon held my hand on the subway and guided me to our destination in one piece.  We had a lovely lunch and never stopped talking!  I didn't feel like there was an awkward moment at all!  (and I've created a lot of awkward moments in my day).  Then, Sharon and I hit up the giant H&M and Forever 21 on our way back to the train.  Duh, of course we wanted to do a little shopping.
So, not only did I make it into the city all by myself like a big girl, but it only took me a few minutes to pick out my outfit that morning.  It was a weekend of accomplishments!
